FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Do you sell plants?
    I do not sell plants at this time and I will not be selling them in the near future.
  • Do you grow plants?
    I do not grow plants, however I can assist you with your seedlings.
  • Do you consult/grow marijuana plants?
    I currently do not consult or grow marijuana plants. I do not possess a license to grow.
  • Will you now or in the future sell your pest control concoction?
    Because of the chemicals used and lack of storage, I only make my pest control concoction in small batches to treat plants as scheduled. I do not sell that concoction at this time.
  • Are you a landscaper?
    I am not a landscaper in a traditional sense. I do provide a repotting service for houseplants which can also be placed outside.
  • Do you consult on interior design?
    I am not an interior designer. However, that is taken into consideration when placing plants in specific places.
  • Do you provide commercial / business consultations?
    For any commercial consultations, please complete the form located on the “contact” page. Include details of how many plants and budget.
  • Refund Policy
    At Haute Houseplants we understand that sometimes things happen. Because of our limited bookings we are not offering refunds but you may reschedule 48 hours prior to your appointments. Please email us at hello@hautehouseplants.com to reschedule.
